CVS Health Super App
Product Design Lead
Design and launch a fully integrated, 0-to-1 scheduling app within six months, aimed at serving 4.9 million MinuteClinic patients and 10.4 million Pharmacy patients.

COVID-19 VACCINE SCHEDULER
User Experience Designer
CVS Health was tasked by the federal government, specifically the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Department of Defense (DoD), to develop an appointment scheduler that would be ready for use as soon as the first COVID-19 vaccines were distributed.

Expand the existing individual appointment scheduler to allow customers to book vaccine appointments for multiple people at once.

Sole UX Designer on the Omnicare product team, focused on Rx management for assisted living and nursing homes.

Co-UX Lead for the CVS Digital Care Companion, responsible for:

Designing a new dashboard.

Collaborating with nine teams to identify dependencies, including clinical, specialty, legal, and digital teams.

Creating wireframes, developing research test plans, and delivering ongoing presentations to senior management.

Served as the primary liaison between Caremark clients and the internal Health Resources team to design and maintain health and wellness portals.
